Purpose & Scope

This document outlines how LABLABX®, a division of Skinzzo LAB d.o.o., collects, processes, and safeguards personal data transmitted through its digital systems and e-commerce infrastructure.
All operations are conducted in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national privacy frameworks.

Our objective: ensure transparent data handling while maintaining the integrity of every digital interaction inside the LABLABX ecosystem.

Data Acquisition Protocols

LABLABX® may collect the following categories of data:

Identification data: name, surname, company name.
Contact data: email, phone, billing and shipping address.
Transactional data: purchase records, invoices, VAT information.
Technical data: IP address, browser signature, device ID, cookies.
Communication logs: inquiries, forms, customer support messages.

All data is obtained through encrypted HTTPS protocols and stored on secure EU-based servers.

Functional Usage

Collected data is utilized exclusively for:

Secure transaction processing and order fulfilment.
Authentication of customer accounts and service access.
Operational communication regarding orders, products, and updates.
System analytics for performance, diagnostics, and enhancement.
Legal and regulatory compliance.

No data is ever sold, leased, or transferred to unauthorized third parties.

Data Storage & Protection Matrix

Infrastructure: encrypted storage (AES-256), multi-layer firewalls, and regular security audits.
Access: restricted to authorized LABLABX personnel under signed confidentiality agreements.
Hosting: Wix Cloud EU Region, fully compliant with ISO/IEC 27001 and GDPR Article 28.
Transmission: TLS 1.3 encryption across all communication channels.

External Processors

LABLABX® cooperates only with verified processors providing essential operational services:

Payment Gateways: Stripe, PayPal.
Logistics Partners: DHL Express, GLS.
Platform Provider: Wix.com Ltd. (EU data center).
Each processor operates under a data-processing agreement ensuring GDPR-level protection.

Data Subject Rights

In accordance with GDPR Articles 15–21, every user retains the right to:

Access or obtain a copy of stored personal data.
Request correction, restriction, or deletion.
Withdraw consent for data processing.
File a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
